Can you tell me how to read faster? I' m a slow reader. I don't how to read faster, for example science or technology. I come across many vocabulary which I don't know.

The more you read, the more you hknow, but the more I read, the more I become confused

Knowing a lot of vocabulary is the ticket. That includes set phrases, words and common grammatical structures.
Also it takes a lot of time to learn to read fast, think several years of hard work (try to read every day for an hour), not a couple of months as many hope.
