Whether or not you can improve your English depends on one single factor: Your ability to change your habits. For example, you have developed the habit of ignoring basic rules when it comes to writing simple texts in English. If you don't change this habit you won't be able to improve your English. I hate to say that. You are a bad student. Mr. Torsen told you to click the link and read some basic instructions to improve your writing. I don't think you are listening to what the teacher told you. My suggestion to you is first learn how to get rid of your bad habit or attitude then come back here Mr. Torsen is going to teach you English.
