which is correct?

2) Please check the phone conversation. Someone called up at our house for my dad and he wasn't at home :-

I:- You call up at his mobile number.
Caller:- His phone is unreachable.
I:- I'm really sorry, I can't help you out in this matter. You'll have to call up his mobile.

I suppose both are correct.
Earn money through (by using) Yahoo.
Earn money with (the aid of) Yahoo.

Please can you call him on his mobile number.
His phone is unreachable.
In that case I'm sorry, I can't help you. I suggest you try his mobile number again later.
