I see a lot of iPhone apps but I haven't seen any android apps in here so I made an android app for SAT and ACT vocab.

Try it, it's free and give me suggestions on how to improve it. It's called SAT ACT Vocabulary Flashcards. And it has a high frequency word list you can go to directly.

try memowiz, it's a well-known SAT vocabulary builder and you can also make flash-cards with filters (words you know, words you don't know etc)
