To paraphrase what?
You're going to have to be more specific.

this is the text. I have to paraphrase it to 4-5 sentences only for each paragraph.can you help me?

1. The treatment of prisoners worsened dramatically after the arrival of the US commander Major General Geoffrey Miller, the report alleges. Gen Miller ran Guantánamo for 18 months until last April, then going on to manage prisons in Iraq. The report paints a disturbing picture of the rat, snake and scorpion-infested cages in which the men lived, exposed to blistering daytime temperatures, freezing nights and torrential rain. It details alleged abuses and deliberately inhumane practices - such as sleep deprivation, shackling in painful positions and sexual humiliation - implying that these were deliberately used to encourage detainees to cooperate. "We had the impression that at the beginning things were not carefully planned, but a point came at which you could notice things changing. That appeared to be after Gen Miller [arrived] around the end of 2002," said Mr Rasul. "That is when short-shackling [when detainees are chained into a squatting position] started, loud music playing in interrogation, shaving beards and hair, putting people in cells naked, taking away people's 'comfort' items [eg towels] ... moving some people every two hours, depriving them of sleep, the use of a/c [air-conditioned, cold] air.

2. The ICC, a United Nations body charged with prosecuting the world's worst war criminals, will suffer from a lack of clarity in its purpose. The ICC statute grants the court jurisdiction over genocide, crimes against humanity, war crimes, and aggression. While the first three of these crimes are relatively well defined in the statute, the last, unfortunately, is not. At best this omission-made for a variety of political and logistical reasons-renders the court's influence moot on all but the most grievous of international crimes. At worst it proffers chances that overzealous prosecutors or nations will attempt to prosecute American military members. Perhaps the ICC's greatest flaw is precisely that it fails to take the realities of power politics into account. If international politics is eternally anarchical (or even just largely anarchical), "judicial" power is inseparable from the military power that makes it possible.

3. At least nine Malaysian volunteers and two members of the media were on board the Turkish ship, Mavi Marmara, which was attacked by Israeli Navy off the Gaza coast yesterday morning. As at press time, their fate remained unknown. They were among 17 Malaysians who were taking part in the "Freedom Flotilla", which was sending aid and pro-Palestinian activitists to Gaza. There were six ships in the flotilla and Mavi Marmara was the lead ship. The other six Malaysians on the mission are on the Rachel Corrie ship and they are reported to be safe. The vessels are carrying 5,000 tonnes of reconstruction materials, school supplies and medical equipment to the Gaza Strip. Israeli naval commandos raided the ships while they were in international waters after ordering them to stop 130km from Gaza's coast. Malaysia, which joined the international community in condemning the attack, said the assault in international waters was a flagrant and serious breach of international law. In a statement issued here late yesterday, Foreign Affairs Minister Datuk Seri Anifah Aman demanded that Israel immediately cease its excessive and inhumane treatment of the activists and called for the immediate release of the innocent people and the ships. He also called for the United Nations Security Council to convene an emergency meeting to consider the criminal act of Israel against humanitarian activists and pressure Israel to immediately lift the inhumane blockade on Gaza.

thank you!
