What doed "ya-ya" or "ya-yas" mean?

I checked dictionaries but only got that "ya-yas" is the plural form of "ya-ya"
and some said "ya-yas" while others said "Ya-ya's". I don't know witch is ritht way to write it. And I don't know the exact meaning and how touse them eigher. Could you kindly enough to show me how to use them?

Apparently, it means "to vent frustration." This is my first encounter with it and hopefully my last. lol I got this from the Urban Dictionary, which confirms the obvious: this is slang.
