This article is enterily devoted to metal music(it's been my favorite genre since 2001).
I'm angry with society.I'm fed up with nasty comments such as "F*ckin' metals,go kill yourselves!"No matter where you are, you're being poured with slops-just for you're kind a different from the masses.Just because you're not like them and that is enough to become a victim of society's ailing principles. But this is not the end!If you're long-haired,you're doomed to be unemployed.Even if you're lookin' for jobs as a cleaner or maybe a washer, you won't be admitted, either. And this is all because you're a metal head.People use to put us together and define us as drug addicts, alcoholics and rebels.
I have to admit that there are such metals who behave in that way but,we are not all the same!Unfortunately nobody gives a .... about our principles and ideals. In all direction you're being thrown off..Sad but true..As I said above,I'm a metal head too,so I'm in..That's the end of my confession.I'm not complaining,I'm just telling you what is to be a metal head nowdays.

LOL. I have heard these kinds of outbursts for years from dozens of people like yourself.
Only you, as a group, have the power to change peoples opinions about yourselves. You should actively police these "few" people who give your group such a bad reputation, and make it clear to them that their antics are unacceptable to the public in general.
Here in Germany, (I am English by the way) there are groups of drug addicts, prostitutes and alcoholics who frequent the railway station entrances. At first sight they appear to be people you should avoid at any cost, but that is quite wrong. They police themselves, and prohibit any one of the group to do or say anything that would give offence to the general public. In return their presence is accepted by the general public, and I have never seen any confrontation between them and the police in ten years.
The answer to your problem is in your own hands ... control them.

Thanks for your paying attention to my topic.
Lets face it.I can't make people change their minds about us.It seems an impossible task. The thing is music genres appear to be such a barrier. The question is how can I convince an employer of taking me on job(on condition not to have my hair cut)?Believe me I've tried with all the drive I've got but nothing actually happened. It's just "Sorry..We don't admit long-haired people.."And this is not only about finding a job.As I said, people look down on us.Anyway I've swallowed the bitter facts and I've moved on.I know what I want from life and I'm gonna' chase my goals till' I've made them come true.On that stage this is the most important thing which I'm aiming at.But deeply, deeply inside my mind,I'd be extremely happy if at least 50% of the "haters" try to be just a little bit musically tolerant. After all we are people and we're supposed to be cleverer than aninamls, right? :)))

"we're supposed to be cleverer than aninamls,right? :- )))

Right, but there has to be tolerance and give and take at all levels. If you are risking your whole future because you don't want to have shorter hair, then what does that say about you, especially to a person who may be opening the doors to a lucrative future to you. What are you to tell your wife and children when you don't have a job in keeping with your qualifications and abilities? Stop fighting an opposition that is far bigger than you ... you will always be the loser.
Can any of your friends offer you lucrative employment? Are any of them in well-paying jobs with tolerant management that allow them to have long unkempt hair? I don't think so, and you know I'm right.
Grow up my friend ... you need a well paying job more than you need heavy metal music!
You need to work for eight hours a day, giving a presentable, responsible impression to those members of the public who grace your company's premises. If you don't accept this scenario then you will become exactly what people apparently think you are, a scruffy, unemployed metal-head.
Sorry for sounding hard, but I'm sure you didn't expect your life to revolve on the length of your hair. As they say :- "It's time to face facts."

Don't be sorry.I appreciate truthful and direct opinions-face to face (as it were :) ).Of course, I absolutely agree with you-my future is far,far more important than my appearance,so as you said, I'm gonna grow up :))) .There're too many responsibilities to answer for and I can't go that way anymore..
