Hi,

The error is housemade. The correct word is homemade suggesting that the food is cooked on the premises and is not manufactured.

Hello Alan.

Would you please explain why in the sentence was written 'All the pastry' and not 'All the pastries' although the word 'All' refere to plural?

Thanks in advance.

Hi,

'All the pastry' is used to indicate a collective sense and not the individual pastries. In the same way that 'cake' can be used in a collectives way and reference can also be made to 'cakes'.
