Doing homework has became a vital role in the student’s school career. Many people claim that homework is just a burden for students, whom already have to study too much at their school. However, I am in favour of the opinion that doing homework everyday is very helpful for students

Doing homework daily is the best way to review and absorb knowledge. Students already have many concerns in their daily lives besides their study, hence they tend to forget everything after learn from school. Doing homework, therefore, may force students’ brains to work and try to remember. Applying knowledge from school to their homework, student’s brain might become keener and more active. On the other hand, reviewing frequently through doing homework daily helps students deeply understand and remember what they are taught, that might result in their better performance at school.

In addition to the more effective comprehension knowledge, doing homework daily also raise a good habit of thinking and working independently for students. When doing their homework, students have to make research at libraries, on the Internet or even around their local regions to find information and documents. They might also work with their friends as a group to do their homework more effectively and efficiently. That can lead to the improvements of student’s independent thinking or solving problem skill, and they also know how to consider everything at various angles and to collaborate fluently within a group

The finally important point is that doing homework daily help teachers know the qualities of students to adjust properly. Through the students homework’s result teacher might know more profoundly how much their students comprehend knowledge. Additionally, studying time at school is often not enough for teachers to transmit their whole lectures, hence assigning homework might help students receive more sufficient knowledge from their teachers.

Although there are many different opinions about whether students should be assigned homework or not, I strongly believe that doing homework daily brings larger advantages than disadvantages
