I would be extremely grateful if you told me which word is better to use to describe teachers' formal meeting at school/university? (not seminar, conference)

Ours are called staff meetings. This is also the term the main teaching trade unions use and the term used by the inspectorate body.

'Teaching staff meetings' might also be used to differentiate from 'support staff meetings' (other staff within the school - secretary, teaching assistants, etc.) or 'all staff meetings' (Teaching staff and support staff together).

When the management team of teachers meet, then they are called 'SMT Meetings' (SMT = Senior Management Team)

In large schools with subject departments, they have 'departmental meetings'.

The term 'in-house training' is used if the meeting is specifically so that a staff member can deliver training to other staff.

I think Bagheera knows what meeting is.
Everybody knows... Who doesn't know?
Is this the answer of her question?

I did not know that your question intended to attack the value of the picture. I took it as sincere, which my answer reflects. I'll let Tofu answer your new ones.
