Adjunct, disjunct or conjunct? #1 (permalink) Sun Jan 15, 2006 5:00 am   Adjunct, disjunct or conjunct?

Hi everybody :D

Adjunct, Disjunct and Conjunct adverbs.

Could you give me the definition, usage and example of each one?

What is a sentential adverb?

Thanks in advance

Hi teachers

Why not answer Jupiter's questions?
I also feel doubt about it.

Thanks in advance

Hi Jupiter

It sounds to me as though you must have been learning about these things in your English class recently.

I'll make the same suggestion that I made to Lion (in a different thread):

Why don't you write some sentences of your own that illustrate what you understand adjunct, disjunct and conjunct adverbs to be (also "sentential adverb").

Post them here and then we can give you feedback.

Amy

PS:
Do you and Lion happen to know each other? ;)
