I have just responded to this in the other thread.

Please do not send duplicate posts. (At least, not until it becomes obvious that your first one has probably been overlooked.)

1. There is a beautiful garden in our home.
2. There are many clothes in his shelf. <-- on his shelf.
3. There are many old buildings in Pakistan.
4. There is no any able to worship Except Allah. <-- doesn't make sense. Perhaps you meant, "'There is nothing worthy of worship other than Allah'?
5. Is there no water in Indus river. <--- the Indus River
6. There is living room in the apartment. <--- a living room
7. There is no fire place in living room. <-- fireplace (one word)
8. There are 5 rooms in my home.
9. There is small kitchen in our home. <- a small kitchen
10.There are two large windows in the living room.
11.There are five electrical outlets in the apartment.
12.There are tiles in the bathroom.
13 . There are two sinks in the kitchen.

Pretty good, but you still seem to have difficulties recognising where to use an article.

I'm afraid that's a very wide question, Bhutto. It would take several chapters in a grammar book to answer that properly.
I suggest that when you come across a specific situation which is confusing you, you post a question about that. (If you want a quick answer, or want there to be more of a chance that your question is not missed, then it is best not to address it to one particular moderator.)

In the meantime, perhaps this will help:
verbs and adverbs
