Please help me!

hi to all!im new here!i just want to let you know that i've been searching a site that will help me learning english.I hope this site is the one i've been looking for.I am not good in writing and even in speaking that's why i really need your help guys.Some problems that im struggling with are the verb tenses most especially the perfect tenses.It's very hard for me to understand their differences.Like the use of had, had been and etc..Could somebody explain to me in a simple way that i can understand them easily.And give me some examples..
