1 - This insurance plan involves a bigger investment on the part of employers than most of them may be willing to make.

2 - This insurance plan involves a bigger investment on the part of employers than most of them might be willing to make.

Is the second sentence correct? Assuming it is, what difference in meaning does result by use of 'might' as compared to 'may'?

Please guide me. Thanks.

Hi.

They are both correct. "Might" just sounds somewhat less certain than "may."
