Welcome to this forum. I noticed you didn't record your voice. Do you know how to use the recorder? First, click on the answer or quote button. Then, the message box will appear. You can see a recording button at the lower left side of the box. Click on it. The recording box will appear with these buttons: record (red circle), pause (two vertical bars), stop (square), and play (triangle). You can start recording by clicking the recording button. After finishing recording your voice, you can either listen to your recording first, or you can directly submit it by clicking the upload button at the lower right side of the box... and you're done!
