Perhaps no issue in this world is as significant to people as education, because it affects everybody in their daily lives. It has caused wide concern all over the world. There are various responses that people have on this issue. Some people hold the opinion that younger school children should be required to study art and music in addition to math, science, history, and language. However, other people disagree with this statement. From my point of view, I think it is better for us to let the young children learn art and music in addition to other courses. There are various reasons why I maintain this viewpoint, and among those reasons are two important ones.

The first and foremost reason is that young students should relax and relieve the pressure by learnning art and music. With the development of science and technology, an increasing number of people, especially young people, have come to realize that the young school children, though they may be five to ten years old or so, are quite busy with their studies. So, it is high time to supplement their courses with more interesting courses, such as art and music which can play a great role in balancing their tedious studies. As a result, on the one hand, the students may show more interests in their studies, which can which can benefit themselves and their family members. On the other hand, students can get more fun from those courses and devote more energy to study other major courses. Therefore, they can make progress in every course easily. In contrast, if they have no access to those courses, their studies may be so boring that they do not want to invest even a minute.

Another essential reason is that young students can have opportunites to touch some sorts of art from their childhood. It must be admitted that, on no account can we ignore the value of those art courses, which are particular significance to students in the long term. According to a recent survey, 89% of parents want their children to learn some basic knowledge from school, and 85% of young students show much interests to those coures. Also, there are many schools which have offered the two course already, and their experience demonstrates that it is a good idea to do so. Because in this way, Students can have chances to appretiate the beauty. Then they can realize that life is colorful. In other words, they may have more optimistic attitude taward life.

Of course, as the proverb says, ’every coin has two sides’. We should give comprehensive consideration to this issue. Then we may find that offering art and music class to younger children also has kinds of negative effects to some extent. For instance, students may invest much time to learn the two courses because they can provide enough fun. Therefore, the major courses may be affected. What’s more, some of the young children may not have the understanding about the art and music.

To sum up, if all those factors are contemplated, we may find that the advantages of offering the art and music class carry more weight than disadvantages. From what we have discussed above, we can saefly draw the conclusion that it is rational for us to offer the two courses to younger children. Meanwhile, measures should be taken to limit the disadvantages.

Kitos, here is my essay. I am looking forward to getting your comments and rating. Thanks a lot.
----------------------------------

Education is one of the most important things in each life. We could say that better start today leads to better result tomorrow. Therefore, younger school education is the key for a successful person. Somebody suggests adding art and music subjects to elementary schools. In my opinion, I totally agree with that statement for some reasons below.

First of all, enjoy art and music make us relax and creative. In countries where the student must learn so hard, those periods will bring them fun and excited. In the art class, they learn how to draw, use colors and let the creativity freely. It will be deeply attraction in their mind if they can add tales in the back of their friends or mix the blue and the red to be the purple. Moreover, art and music are also good for them in the long term. As we all know, each adult have to cope with many difficulties in life. Hence, the art or music what can release our stress will be very important. Imagine after a busy day at office, we come back home, turn on a favorite CD, our mind might calm down so fast. As well, there are many famous people play instruments such as a method to lighten up their inspirations like Einstein or Sherlock Holmes who play violin. Do not get familiar with art from childhood; it will be hard to become a part of us.

Second, developing our characteristics is also a main advantage of the art. Through pictures, songs, or melodies, we know how the beauty is. When we love the beauty, we are able to love the life, the nature, and the people. Furthermore, each fine art often has a meaning that is conveyed by the artist. Thinking about those meanings leads us to knowledge and wisdom.

In short, even though how to learn and teach art and music effectively is a difficult issue but if that problem could be well handled, it would be very good for our children. Needless to say, all of us want them go to the school with full of joy and become well educated people in the future. So that, let them get pleasure from the best education that we can provide.
