Q:can anybody tell me -
when some1 says something, referring a person either male or female,how can it simply be said by referring both of them in a single word.??

Hello and welcome to the forums.

'Anyone' is correct. 'Any1' isn't.
'English' always needs a capital letter 'E'.

You seem to have answered your own question! Use 'them' (as you have) or 'their'. I know it appears to break the singular/plural rules, but it is acceptable to use 'their' as a singular form where it is unclear whether 'his' or 'her' should be used.
