I think you might have misheard this, Waiyin.

Could it have been 'it will be seen before long'?

Thanks Beeesnees,
by the way what does it mean 'it will be seen before long'?
"It won't be soon before long" is the album title from Maroon 5 band. I do not know what they give these words as album's name.
I am curious about the name.

As far as I know "soon before long" is informally used in such as songs. It simply means "in the near future". The rhetorical use of two similar-meaning expressions is just for emphasis.

Songs frequently don't make grammatical sense Waiyin. This one doesn't even seem to have a title which makes grammatical sense.

'Before long' means 'in the near future'.
'soon' also means 'in the near future'
The two are not used together.

Repetition of synonyms is not unusual in informal or conversational usage. A popular example is double negation such as "I ain't know nothing."
