Hi, everyone

I saw the title of a press called "Tina dials up the style", could you explain me what does "dial up" mean ? I looked up the dictionary but cannot find any clues about it.

I don't think it's a common expression. It's probabl;y one made up buy the press because it sounds like a good headline.
I presume it means something like 'turns up' or 'puts on' the style. i.e. looks at things that will help her become more stylish.
