Many year ago, there was a king in German named was Hitler.
Many year ago, there was a king named Hitler in German.
Many year ago, there was a king in German named Hitler.

I will call you up before 5 minutes reaching at your home.

A person used by another to gain an end.

None of your first set of sentences are correct Mrsonu.
I'd suggest,
65-70 years ago, there was a German political leader whose name was Hitler.
(He wasn't a king. He was appointed chancellor, then president. Roles which he combined under the umbrella term, 'the Führer')

I will call you up 5 minutes before I reach your house.

I don't understand what you're trying to say in your last example.
