Technological innovations such as radio, television, and the Internet which emerged throughout the twentieth century facilitated making long distances short. These developments, furthermore, aroused the notion of globalization, causing great controversy which has been debated for a couple of decades. It has been argued that globalization increases the inequality between and within nations, and threatens employment and living standards in underdeveloped and developing countries. However, in my opinion globalization brings higher economic growth and better living standards, and facilitates universal peace and prosperity.

To begin with higher economic growth, it can undoubltedly be asserted that globalization provides better living standards not only to developed nations but also to developing and underdeveloped ones. Globalization causes the healing of conditions of all countries, in other words, it bridges the gap between nations. To illustrate, powerful country can utilize effective the resources of less powerful country. Both former and latter takes advantages of these agreement in the aspect of new resources for the developed one and new employment opportunity for the developing one. Hence, globalization is 'doubly' advantageous.

When it comes to universal peace and prosperity, it can easily be supported that globalization maintains the equilibrium among societies. While, stopping the terrorism can be tough for underdeveloped society, the developed one can easily find solutions in order to attain peace. Therefore, this cooperation can eradicate the concept of terrorism and pave the way for peaceful world. As a result, it would be possible to create a stable world.

On the other hand, naturally, there are many opponents of globalization which is claiming that globalization increases the interdependence of national economies. However, interdependence should not be regarded as a detrimental consequence. Since it enhances the economies of these nation and provides better living conditions.

To sum up, all ideas show that globalization creates better standard of living to every one. The people who desire more livable world should emphasize the notion of globalization.

**thank you in advance.
