I would use 'procrastinate'.

TOEIC short conversations: Two business executives discuss finding a replacement network administrator.

I would use "function" since hamsters are considered lazy. To procrastinate usually means to put off something relatively important, and whereas that applies well to administrators, it doesn't suit hamsters. They also don't work, but again administrators do. "Multiply" makes no sense. The same is true of "disappear."
