Can anyone help me?
I submitted my first assignment but got the majority of it wrong. The assigment was to analyse four grammar items:
1) She used to drive to work. 2) I had my car repaired yesterday. 3) Remember to post the letter. Compare I remember posting the letter. 4) Get out of (doing something).
The assignment requirements were:
(1) Provide a context/scenario (within a typical lesson) whereby you would ellict each of the four items from the students.
(2) State the meaning or use.
(3) Provide CCQ's (Concept Checking Questions)
(4) State the form.
To summarise what I got wrong, here is the complete list:
Grammar item 1:
* Context/scenario (1) * Meaning/use (2)
Grammar item 2:
* Context/scenario (1) * Concept Checking Questions (3) * Form (4)
Grammar item 3:
* Form (4)
Grammar item 4:
* Context/scenario (1) * Concept Checking Questions (3)
I admit that I got a lot of help from friends as I am really struggling with the course. However, now I really dont know what to do as I have given this my best shot.
I am not asking someone to do the assignment for me but at least could someone give me some possible contexts/scenarios that they know for certain are correct?
I can't risk getting the assignment wrong a second time as it would mean failure with no further submissions aloud. I have three assignments to go so really need to pass this one to have any real chance of passing the course.
I've had to borrow £1100 to do this course (so that I could get a decent job abroad as I cant get one here and have been unemployed for months). |
