Nowadays, with the invention of the microwave and with the popularity of fast food restaurants, food has become easier to prepare than ever. Do you think microwave ovens and fast food restaurants are beneficial to society? Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer.

Microwave ovens and fast food came nautraly with the development of civilization. Nowadays people live faster and very often they don’t have time for healthy activities. Our work and fast way of living forced us to eat fast and what to come with it very unhealthy. Ofcourse, there are some advantages and disaadvantegs fot this situation and I will try to present them.
Firstly, lets look on the benefits of using microvawes oven and fast food restaurant. People are used to live fast and have no time for anything, we spent our days working, and everything what we are doing beside of that is being done in a rush. From this point of view fast food restaurants and microwaves gives us a huge advantage since we don’t have to spend time on preapring a meal but we can choose how we spend our free time. It gives us possibility to enjoy all the moments that are very important to everyone like family trips.
On the second hand food prepared in microwave ovens is very unhealthy. The biggest problem with the mankind is that our natural evolution goes very slowly and it is already far behind our technological advancement. Our bodies are prepared for the same style of life that our ancestors have. Hovewer, our style of life has changed drasticly, we can even see that our parents have different habbits and they were used to live in different societies. It means that our bodies are not prepared for the new diet that we introduced not that long ago. Futhermore, this kind of diet influences our health and produce a lot of sirouses illneses.
In one word, microvawe ovens and fast foods are very unhealthy. They reflect on the body condition and can cause a lot of serious ilnesses. Hovewer, even we know about it there is nothing what we can do. We can say that both microvawe ovens and fast food restaurants came naturally with the modern style of life and we can not stop it, as we can not stop civilization from futher development.
