How can I emphasise the sentence starting with the words in brackets?

We were responsible.(It...... )
Julie was brought up in Scotland.(It....... )
It really annoys me when people talk during a film.(What..........)
She's tired because she didn't go to bed untill 2 a.m.(The reason............. )

It was us who was responsible.

Julie was brought up in Scotland.(It....... )
It was Scotland where Julie was brought up.

It really annoys me when people talk during a film.(What..........)
What really annoys me is people who talk during a film.

She's tired because she didn't go to bed untill 2 a.m.(The reason............. )
The reason why she's tired is that she didn't go to bed until 2 a.m.
