hi, whatīs the right way to say if someone speaks about something that is only going to happen as a true fact but someone else disegrees and tells him: letīs not forerun or anticipate or what? Whatīs the right word to express that someone is making a conclusion too early? I hope I made myself clear. Thanks.

"Assume" is what you are looking for. "Presume" and "prejudge" are even better if you want to come off a bit more critical. "Presuppose" also works. You can caution someone against a rush to judgment or against jumping to conclusions.
