Correct answer: (a) heard

Here isn't there a typo and we can use present perfect because the "just"

There is no typo. Present perfect is also possible.

Thanks for your comment. Now I try to solve my problem what is the difference in this case - when I translate it- between present perfect and past simple. If I use past simple the action is an accomplished fact but if I use present perfect I leave the action opened. Do I argufy well?In Hungarian doesn't exist present perfect but I have to do how translate. There is soéution for it.

That is not a bad way to phrase it, I think. Consider that present perfect in some way always connects to the present, so much so that some linguists consider it a present form, not a past form.
