How can anyone speak good english, without english background? It's realy hard to learn without any guidence of english where it is right or wrong no one can help.

By watching english movies and reading english newspapers.
While watching movies, observe the subtitles in English. Try to co-relate the words to the context at that moment.
As far as I know, this may be the best way.

Of course, post the questions in Forums.
I got a lot of help from English-test.net (This is not a flattery).
