Hi Lisa, I'm glad to hear you are trying to spend more quality time with your family - once you have made this decision you will find something that excites all of you. I think it's not so important what you do but how you do it is what really counts. Your little one will find anything new interesting, show her or him the world one piece at a time. Go for a walk in the park and observe everything that's going on around you: the proud dog walkers, the young couples with kids like yours, the even younger couples who might expect kids, the teenagers who are in love or nursing a broken heart, the elegant senior gentleman who pretends to be reading the newspaper but is actually looking at the young girls, college kids who are trying to finish their term paper... Interact with your little one, talk to him or her, ask her questions, give her toys to play with, introduce her to other kids, visit other young families who might even have a pet... do anything that's fun to the three of you. _________________ Life is for living. |
