Order accepted? #1 (permalink) Sun Feb 05, 2006 4:41 am   Order accepted?

I saw two phrases. One is "order is accepted".Another one is "order accepted".

I don't know if there is any difference between these two phrases.Or maybe order accepted is wrong sentence?

You ask whether both these are acceptable. The difference is not a question of being correct or not. The difference is that the second one order accepted is a contracted form and would be used in a conversational form. It is the same as the expression message understood, which is often said by someone when they have accepted and understood what you have informed them about.
