Please help me to adjust my letter #1 (permalink) Fri Feb 10, 2006 3:10 am   Please help me to adjust my letter

Hi Tortens
Can you do me a favour to adjust this letter? It is related to the solution of misusing the machine, here is the content of the letter:

Dear Sir/Madam
Ref: The solution for Mixing/ Drying system and the Homogenizer.
After have discussed with our director, we wish to inform you that:
Before come to sign the contract, we worked carefully with Mr.Le Viet Ha about the system and Mr.Ha also provided us and Transicom Engineering (Singapore) a sample (Orange powder). Therefore, we based on the sample (Orange powder) to design the system. The “SPAFIL’ manufacturer and us warrant this system is completely suitable for the above sample. We did carry out accurately the conditions and technical specifications as the contract.

This system is not appropriate for the milk powder as you have tried. Besides that, this system is quite good for other powders such as: Strawberry, Orange etc. We suggest you can keep the system for own using.

And in order to keep a good and close relationship with Hanco Food, so we are – CO. INDUSTRIAL AUTOMATION SOLUTIONS CO.,LTD and TRANSICOM ENGINEERING SINGAPORE have come to decide that just collect more 75% amount of the balance. (It is applicable for both Mixing/ Drying system and the Homogenizer).

Thank you very much for your co-operation
Yours sincerely,

As you all always say, thank you and look forward to hearing from you soon,

Best wishes,
Kelly

Hi Tortens
Can you do me a favour to adjust this letter? It is related to the solution of misusing the machine, here is the content of the letter:

Dear Sir/Madam
Ref: The solution for Mixing/ Drying system and the Homogenizer.
HAVING DISCUSSED THE MATTER with our director, we wish to inform you that:
Before SIGNING the contract, we worked carefully with Mr.Le Viet Ha ON the system and Mr.Ha also provided us and Transicom Engineering (Singapore) WITH a sample (Orange powder). Therefore, we USED the sample (Orange powder) to design the system. WE AND the “SPAFIL’ manufacturer GUARANTEE THAT this system is completely suitable for the above sample. We CARRIED out the conditions and technical specifications ACCURATELY ACCORDING TO the contract.

This system is not appropriate for the milk powder WHICH you have tried. APART FROM that, this system is quite good for other powders such as: Strawberry, Orange etc. We suggest you keep the system for YOUR own USE.

IN order to keep a good and close relationship with Hanco Food, we – CO. INDUSTRIAL AUTOMATION SOLUTIONS CO.,LTD and TRANSICOM ENGINEERING SINGAPORE have DECIDED TO collect NO more THAN 75% of the balance. (It is applicable for both Mixing/ Drying system and the Homogenizer).

Thank you very much for your co-operation
Yours sincerely,

Thank you and WE look forward to hearing from you soon,

Best wishes,
