Please rate my essay on "Many people visit museums when they travel to new places. Why do you think people visit museums?"
I was not getting any ideas to explain this essay. But some how I made it.

Museums are the places that houses collection of things that have artistic, scientific and historic importance. Exhibition of artifacts under one roof provides easy access to public. Museums are located in big cities as well as in small towns throughout the world. Museums have become tourist attractions in most of the places. Museums are the medium of amusement for most of the people. People visit these places if they have heard or read about them or if they have interest and some time just for the sake of seeing it as it is famous.

Education is an important reason for most of the students who visit museums. They learn new things by observing style and method of art work primarily paintings, sculptures etc. or to understand creativity and interest of an artist so that they can adopt those techniques in their own work. Other students go to do research about the art or the artist like how the people in olden days used to think and reproduce their imagination.

There are many scientific museums which show the techniques of treatment to the disease or construction of machineries, buildings etc. For example I am a medical science student and I am interested in knowing how people in the olden days used to treat ailments and how they used to measure the extent of the disease.
Museum shows the culture and the day today life of people of that country. So individuals who are curious to know culture and tradition of that country will definitely visit museums. People those who have read about the history, get to see in the museum, the ruins of the structures and things that people used to use throughout their life.

Most of the people visit the museum for the peace of their mind as these will be very quiet and calm. Many people also visit museum just because it is famous. So the reasons to visit the museum are many but I feel education, interest, peace of mind and curiosity to know the things are some important reasons for many people who visit museums.
