Business Letter [Structure and grammar] #1 (permalink) Sun Oct 10, 2010 10:14 am   Business Letter [Structure and grammar]

Hi everyone,

I have two paragraphs taken from a business letter. I wrote this letter to send a price list and catalog of the chips in my company to the sales manager of another company as requested. Could everyone help me to correct its structure and grammar? I hope that everybody will feel interested in my topic.

Regard
Kim Sa

Dear Mr. Smith:

We have discussed about the cooperation of your company on selling and popularizing our new chips. In order to understand more about our products, you have asked me to send a price list and catalog of the chips.

I am enclosing a price list and catalog of the chips. If you will let me know your exact requirements, I will be happy to provide you with more details.

I look forward to your reply.

Sincerely,
Palabattle

Dear Mr. Smith:

Thank you for your time during our recent discussions regarding your company's cooperation in selling and popularizing our new chips. In order to understand more about our products, you requested a price list and catalog of the chips.

I am enclosing our current price list and catalog with this letter. I will, of course, be happy to provide you with any additional details if you have any further queries. Please let me know your exact requirements, and I will provide the extra information.

I look forward to your reply.

Sincerely,
