Hotencool could, indeed, use issue' in the singular - but not with 'some' as his original sentence indicated.

3 - I agree with Beeesneees that 'credential' should be pluralised, but I'm not sure why, myself...

Possibly because login usually comprises at least two qualifying factors: a name and password.

Sorry to bother, but why couldn't he use it with his original sentence?

I thought it would be due to that - couldn't be sure though...

Look at the use of 'some' in the original sentence:
'They have some personal issue to resolve.'

My original thinking was that the meaning of 'some' is an unspecified amount or number greater than one:
Following this definition 'some' requires the plural noun to follow it:
They have a personal issue to resolve.
They have some personal issues to resolve.

Upon reflection, there is one opportunity for using some with the singular. It applies if you take the definition of 'some' as being used to refer to something that is unknown or unspecified:
she married some newspaper magnate twice her age
there must be some mistake
he's in some kind of trouble

Meaning of labour protection and labour inssurance #80 (permalink) Tue Aug 16, 2011 21:18 pm   Meaning of labour protection and labour inssurance

Hello everybody who is concern. I think that:
1. "labour protection" means sort of policy executed mainly by investor on ex. construction site or generally by manager production plant but also by workers, who should work adhering to particular work instruction, participate to all trainings delivered by manager. Also the duty of workers is to use physical equipment
like a safety helmet, safety glasses, stepladder, safety barrier appropiate to performed job and safety instructions. All these requirement are covered by safety training, it is very important part of safety from legal point of view. controlled by State Safty Inspection, etc.
2. "labour inssurance" means social protection of workers like accident insurance, social protection in case of life accident or to receive sickness benefit. Some dangerous jobs reqire by law such labour inssurance. It depends by law system and position of labour unions in particular country.

I think it sounds less "stringy" without the and:

We can still defend our people if it is really needed; I always tell the committee that solving the the problem doesn't mean we are the cause of it.

2.Each product has an equivalent charge rate once purchased

Correct, but I don't know what a "charge rate" is

3. Every item will be charged for license deployment.

I am not familiar with the term "license deployment" I would say:

Every item will be charged for licensing fees.

Thank you.
