It is not good to move to a new city or a new country because you will lose old #1 (permalink) Sat Oct 16, 2010 8:53 am   It is not good to move to a new city or a new country because you will lose old

It is a frequent situation encountered by contemporary people that they have to move to a new place because of the requirement of work. How will they feel when they leave the familiar place and friends they had before? Is that the truth that moving to a new place do harm to people due to losing old friends? From my perspective, I never consider it definitely has a negative impact on people.

First and foremost, you have more access to new things you have ever approached. Thus you can widen your views and increase your knowledge through a different surroundings, which I think may become one of your most memorable experiences in your life. For example, if you move from a rural country to a metropolis , you will be astonished by the high technology development in the modern city. And also the city have more employment for your to choose from if you possess a outstanding ability.

To prove my statement into a further step, though you have less time spending with your close friends ,you can have more friendly companion because you can make friends in a more capacious field. Sometimes, why some people deem moving to a new place as losing old friend is really beyond me. After all, one can keep in touch with the old friends via the Internet or visiting, through which may not lead to lose friends but consolidates your friendships. Take myself as an instance, I made a move two years ago and I invariably chat with my old friends on the Internet. When coming across with some significant decisions ,I would like to consult my friends for some constructive advice.

The best reason to support my ideas is that moving to a new place develop one’s adaptation to a new environment, which will facilitate them to be seasoned with the future changes in their career. They can be more confident in their tackling with adversity by such exercising.

To wrap up, people have to adapt to diverse atmosphere, including moving to a new place, during their growth to adults. We cannot deny the fact that moving to a fresh place may make oneself depressed to some extent inasmuch lose of intimate friends temporarily. But its advantages outweigh its weakness when taking several more crucial factors into consideration.
