I'm so tired these days...

Dear sir,
I am so tired these days. I have terrible headaches. I am taking a lot of medicine now.
I am a teacher myself. I taught English in a middle school for ten years. Now I am a teacher of a college because of my MASTER OF ARTS in applied linguistics. But in the past I did not have any chances to teach classes with high levels. So, my general knowledge of English is blunt. Now, my college asks me to get a 700 TOEIC certificate so that I can remember everything. I am very eager with this. I am trying my best to review everything so that I can enlarge my English knowledge.
