Are my captions grammatically correct?

Can I omit (that)?

Should I use our or the, bike or bikes, stopped or pulled over?

What should I say to them in order to get them off my way?<-- Is it correct to say "get them off my way"?

Were the people (I'm not sure what your diagram is for, but in most cases it is best not to refer to them as 'a group of blondes'!) on foot or on bicycles too?
If they were on cycles:
A group of cyclists had pulled over on the road here and were blocking my path.
If they were on foot:
A group of pedestrians had stopped on the road here and were blocking my path.

A road sign indicating that cyclists should dismount.

Ideally you should say, "Excuse me, please." or "Please can you let me pass/past." when asking them to move.
