You are reading some book. You think that you have understood everything but the truth is you have not. Only when you see the book the second time you will come to know that you still have several doubts.

What is the word you use which has the meaning
"You think that you have understood everything but the truth is you have not."

Will "Self-satisfied" be the fitting one or is there any other word?
