Hi Beeesneees,

Could you help me with the following items 7 to 12?

Quote:
7. Customers aged 11 and under must be accompanied by the parental guardians. Further, customers aged from 12 to 17 are required to provide a parental consent form for application.
8. The stated prices include the charges for transportation to and from the hotel, tour guide service, admission fee, meals on the tour, and tax. They do not include the expenses for beverages, and tips for tour guides, drivers, and the like. It is up to customers’ discretion to pay tips.
9. Only the customers aged 21 and above will be allowed to consume an alcoholic beverage, and may therefore be requested to present a photo ID.
10. Some facilities may not allow people to take pictures inside the building. Please pay attention to the guidance.
11. Facilities for show and the like may be air-conditioned at a considerably low temperature. It could be helpful to bring along a shoal and the like.
12. The stated tour time refers to the duration from departure from the hotel to arrival at the hotel and is subject to change according to transportation conditions and the like.

1. Is "visitors" better?
2. Is "along" needed?

Many thanks.
Philin

With regard to point 7, I'm no legal expert and I'm not sure whether or not the term 'parental guardian' actually refers to the legal parents as well as those given guardian's rights in the absence of the parent.
If I am correct that 'parents' are separate from 'parental guardians', then it should read, "Customers aged 11 and under must be accompanied by their parents or parental guardians."

Point 8: To make this flow better: "It is up to customers’ discretion to pay tips," the standard phrase, widely used, is "Tips are at the customers' discretion.' You might want to consider changing it.

Point 9: 'Only the customers...' 'and they may therefore...' (The alcoholic beverage doesn't need the photo ID - the person does.)

Point 10 - Your query 1. Either is fine, according to your preference.

Point 11 - Your query 2. I would include 'along' though it is not strictly necessary. There are other more important mistakes in that sentence:
Facilities for shows and the like may be air-conditioned at a considerably low temperature. It could be helpful to bring along a shoal and the like shawl or other warm garment.

Point 12 - The stated tour time refers to the duration from departure from the hotel to arrival at return to the hotel and is subject to change according to transportation conditions and the like other external factors.

Thank you so very much Beeesneees. Your correction is really really what I needed but was unable to express! Especially "other warm garment" and "other external factors". "Parents and parental guardians" are also perfect and necessary to be separated.
