You can also say There are hundreds of millions of you.

If someone says "There are hundreds of millions like you." then basically the speaker is not including you in the hundreds of millions.
If someone says "There are hundreds of millions of you." then basically the speaker is including you in the hundreds of millions.

All of the following are also possible:

- There are millions like you.
- There are millions of you.
- There are a million like you.
- There are a millions of you.
- There are a hundred million like you.
- There are a hundred million of you.
