Don't be too hard on yourself, whatever you do! Remember when you had Saturn in your life and everything was a drag? He was all about structure and going slowly towards your target. Re-use some of those lessons now. Be Saturnian and life will improve. Where do your best opportunities lie in the coming 3 months?

This sounds as if it is a snippet from a horoscope.
Horoscopes predict what people are like and what will happen to them according to the stars and planets -- by using astrology
Here the astrologer is advising someone not to feel that he has done something very wrong (Don't be too hard on yourself)
He reminds the person he is speaking to that when the planet Saturn was in a particular position in his astrological chart everything was a drag (very tough). Saturn's position in the heavens made him have to structure his life carefully and take things slowly. He should now think about that and use what he learned at that time, so that he can plan ahead and decide what's best for him in the coming months.
