Hi Monajo,

I think interpersonal skills can be divided into as:
Communication skills,
Interpersonal relationship skills and
Skills in own self-realization.

For example; to help, to ask for help or information, start to speak about a matter , responding to questions, introducing yourself, the order of waiting, to cooperate, to thank, to apologize, to accept criticism,... enables community integration, interaction with peers and others and communication of individuals.
