What do you think a person would like and dislike about living in your town? #1 (permalink) Mon Nov 08, 2010 6:20 am   What do you think a person would like and dislike about living in your town?

A person you know is planning to move to your town or city. What do you think this person would like and dislike about living in your town or city? Why? Use specific reasons and details to develop your essay.

Last month, my mother told me that one of our distant relatives wanted to move to our city. He thought that living in the city will bring him numerous benefits. Today, more and more people want to live in town for a better live. What cities provide to the dwellers is considerable convenient and enormous job vacancies.

Whether a man will live a high quality of life partly depends on the money he earned. In the country, the main income of a family is made by selling the crops they gained. The farmer plant crops all the year around and harvest in the autumn. If the weather is not suitable for planting, the crops they gained might be less. But in city, people need to worry about the weather. The comfortable working environments guarantee the white-color workers finish their job. Besides, the expending of the city also needs a lot of labors. So, people can find a job in the city easier over their counterparts who live in rural places.

In addition, city can provide a comfortable environment. The advanced facilities in city is more accessible to people. The shopping centers make sure city dwellers can by anything at any time. However, people who live in country can hardly buy merchandizes that is not available to country yet. So, if necessary, they must drive to the city and buy a lot of things that will be used in routine life. What's more, the various entertainment places in city make people easy to be relaxed. I always go to cinema to watch the newest films or gong for a walk in the central park with my friends. These all make me feel relax after a day's study. For children and senior citizens, living in town means they can get a overall medical treatment. Both equipments and doctors' skills there are advanced, so the healthy sequence can be guarded careful.

Many people argue that rural life is peaceful and simple. Man can embrace the nature and get more fresh air. However, in my opinion, I'd rather spend my vacation there than dwell there, because city can provide me a better life.

In sum, city is a place that is better for human's life.

This is a pretty poor effort. You obviously didn't bother to review your finished work, otherwise you would have seen the many silly errors you had committed. If you continue to take little care with your work I will ignore it. I want only your very BEST work! Review this edit very carefully, and post a far better essay next time.
