What kind of tracks are you after?
The internet abounds in MP3 tracks in English, there is a countless number of records of all sorts. You're going to have to be specific.
At any rate, just google for whatever records you're interested in, and you'll come up with tons of links to the sites where you can download the records, free or paid.
