After being announced that a company wishes to build a large factory near our community, people here have an aggressive debate on whether we should support that or not. Although there are some disadvantages of building a factory, I hold on the view that we should support that to increase our lives.

Firstly, if a large factory is built near our community, we will soon get a large amount of economic reward. It is obvious that a large factory can provide us many jobs which will give us much money than we now own. Also government profit will increase a lot from the tax and business. There is a fact that every big city has a large factory to lead the development just as Shenzhen has Huawei which is a good communication enterprise and Shanghai has Baosteel group cooperation. For the purpose of constructing our hometown better and better, we have no choice but support the building and try our best to create more and more profit.

Secondly, building a large factory will gradually open our view and mind. China is just a developing country and our community still need develop not only economy but also mind and culture. As an advanced symbol, building factory is the process of industrialization. So building a factory will lead us to study advanced technology and open our mind. By sucking the marrow of industrial civilization, we will truly increase both our material lives and mental worlds. Considered the history that Japan learned from western countries and soon became the strongest country in the Asia, we also can get the advantages.

In addition, we cannot ignore the flaws following the building a factory. Some people worry about the environmental deterioration and bad public security. However, we can make some principle to decrease the bad thing such as fining heavily to stop the factory from polluting the environment and ordering more police to patrol the street.

Above all, for the reason that there are more advantages than disadvantages to build a factory near our community, I strongly support the factory.
