Hi.
I'm just introducing myself.
For the past 2 years I have taught a class called "English Composition and Analysis" at a small Bible School in Canada. I am not an English teacher by training, but I enjoy working with grammar. The focus of the class is not specifically on teaching grammar, but on breaking down complex sentences (specifically Bible passages) into smaller parts in order to understand them. We teach a modified form of sentence diagramming. Obviously, this means we end up talking about grammar quite a bit.

I thought it would be beneficial for me join an English forum just to get help on more difficult grammar questions that pop up from time to time.

I suppose Canada is English speaking countries.
