Hi Hector,

After verbs like must/may/can we need the infinitive form. That's why we say I can speak.

Hi Hector.

And quite as an adverb also means very, as in this sentence:

quite: of an unusually noticeable or exceptional or remarkable kind (not used with a negative) (Example: "Her victory was quite something").
