The idea of this sentence is not to talk about a problem but an intention and that's why you need to choose plan.

hey alan! first i have to say thank you. this site i such a big help for me!
for this test, how do i know what the idea of the sentence is? does that mean that problem is not completely wrong? or how would you say it better when you hab=ve a problem to explain something?
