Topic : Do you agree or disagree: Young people should try several different jobs for long-term career
There are thousands of jobs available for people to try(,) so some people argue that young people should try several different jobs for their future careers(,) while other say they should not, and that it is unnecessary to do so. However, I agree with the statement that young people should try several jobs for their long-term careers for the following reasons.
To begin with, young people should try several different jobs because they can gain diverse experiences for their long-term career. Young people can encounter many types of situations while they are trying several jobs(,) because every job provides different working environments(,) and every individuals role in every job is different. And Since young people already know how to deal with any kind of situation through their experiences gained at a variety of works, they will have huge advantages when they pursue their careers, because people can face unexpected situations, and also unexpected work can be given to them. Thus, when young people have more time before starting their careers, they must have diverse experiences from many different jobs pertaining to their careers. The recent survey conducted by five prestigious companies in Canada showed that about ninety five percent of people who have diverse experiences in a variety of working areas, are more likely to be successful and work more efficiently at their careers than those who do not have.
In addition, young people should try several different jobs(,) because they can develop their social skills for their long term careers. In almost every job, workers must face with customers and their co-workers every time during their working hours(,) and their relationship with customers. For these reasons, social skills are very important in every working area. While they work, they learn how they should behave with both customers and co-workers to relate well with them. And Since young people have lots of time and more opportunities before they start their careers, they must try several jobs to learn how to socialize well with other people for their future careers. For example, my uncle owns a famous restaurant in Vancouver. When he was young he worked for more than thirty different companies, and he said that the social skill that he now has were developed by trying those many jobs(,) and now (,) since in his own restaurant, he must deal with customers(,) his social skill is very helpful for him to run his restaurant well.
