Hello sir,
Thank you very much for your help.
Topic: Others should know your strength to be successful?
Although, some people are of the opinion that others must know their strengths in order to be successful, I strongly believe that we do not need such recognition to be successful. My reasons and examples listed below will bolster my point of view.
In the first place, it is better to be mentioned that we live in a competitive world. We have to fight with other people, who do not know us as we do, in order to achieve what we want. In such a world, we should not expect other people to appreciate our strengths and aptitudes. The reason being, that in an environment that everyone is striving to achieve one thing, all people try to diminish and play down others abilities in order to corrode other people's self-confidence. To put the discussion into a wider context, consider that you are an employee in a big organization. Some of your colleagues and you, are candidates for becoming the chief executive officer. In such a competition, it is obvious that everyone thinks that they have the best competence to run the organization because they do not know your latent abilities and they recognition of you is biased by their personal interests.
Secondly, sometimes, when others know your strengths, you will be more vulnerable and you will have a more difficult way so as to succeed. For instance, in a football game, when your opponent knows your strengths, he will ponder them carefully and tries to take appropriate steps to prevent you from exerting your upsides. For example, if you have a good player in your team, he will think thoroughly to foil him from scoring goal. As a result, you may lose the game because your opponent knows your strength well.
To put all in a nutshell, based on above discussion, I am of the opinion that we do not need other people to appreciate our abilities to be successful. Other people cannot recognize our abilities as we do. Furthermore, experience shows that when other people know our strengths we will be more likely to fail.

Thank you very much sir. That is all kind of you. These days, I am reviewing my earlier essays which you amended. I really appreciate your help. If you had not helped me , I would not have become good at essay writing. I realized why I do not make some mistakes anymore. You taught me many things sir. You taught me what a good teacher means. You taught me what love means. You taught me what a dignified human means. You are my role model sir. You changed my attitude toward life. As Reza (Mohebbat) always says, you are an angel.God bless you.Thank you Bill (Kitosdad).
